This HO-Scale Wood Chip Loader is just what you need to move those chips! There are two parts, the main structure and the feeder tube system. The main structure features a highly detailed walkabout grating, handrails, electrical panel, ladder, and loader bonnet that guides the chips. The bonnet hanger "cables" are actually very thin 3D printed rectangles, with fine precision and hang straight. There are four "concrete riser" feet that can be used to raise the main structure about 1/2" if needed. The feeder tube system includes the feeder nozzle, a set of risers, and two tubing support brackets to hold a piece of 1/8" round tubing (not supplied) to "pump the chips".  The risers allow you to elevate the height of the feeder tube. These options permit you to select a chosen height that will allow the chip bonnet to clear wood chip hoppers. The modeler must scratch-build the panel shack (panel detail provided). Photos show the one(s) I've made from basswood. Footprint: 3.5" across the tracks x 2.75" track-wise. Height 4.75".  This kit is produced in Oregon, from the 3D printed parts which I designed and print.  The finished structure has a rustic, industrial appearance.  I love searching out trackside industrial machinery that is showing plenty of wear, tear, and rust. I hope the photos will do a better job of explaining all this than my verbiage about it.  "Why burn 'em when you can Load 'em?!!"
