Shipping policy

Processing Times: All orders are processed within the time frame specified in the product description, or otherwise are processed within 1-3 day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience high order volume, shipments may be delayed. “Complex” orders are processed at a rate dependent upon the time required to manufacture the product with the greatest complexity, e.g. custom model trees, Premium Fir Trees, Snags, etc. which often take several days and sometimes weeks to finish.

Shipping Rates: Please refer to the Shipping Details page for more information about costs. To keep purchase costs at a minimum, Coastman’s always chooses the least costly method of shipping unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order are determined by the total order cost, not the weight. This is because packaging configurations are dependent upon the items ordered, are unique, and therefore total package weights are not predictable. Please refer to the Shipping Details page for the latest posting of shipping costs to your world region. Ultimately, the actual cost of shipping your order is displayed to you in the order placement process BEFORE you fully commit to placing your order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: CSP, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 

Incorrect Address Disclaimer: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We have a small window to correct this; please email us immediately if a mistake was made. 

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] with photos of the item and packaging. 

Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking numbers once your order has shipped.  If you do not, feel free to request an additional copy by emailing Roger at coastmans@gmail.com.
