Shipping at Coastmans
Our objective is for you to receive our products in a timely manner at the least possible cost. You will NOT pay outrageous shipping charges with Coastmans.
Timeframe
Coastmans will make every effort to have your order shipped within 24 hours. For trees which we make here in-house, there is most often a lead time of 2-4 days required for 15 trees or less, and up to a week on a large order (>15 trees). In the event of a delay, we will contact you via email to inform you of the expected delay period and obtain your authorization.
USA Orders
All USA orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority, whichever costs less.
International Orders
International orders under 4 lbs will ship First Class International.
International orders greater than 4 lbs must ship Priority International.
Shipping Rates: Domestic USA
USPS First Class, Parcel Select, or Priority will be selected, whichever costs the least. Shipping cost is determined by the total order cost:

When placing a very large order, or for custom trees taller than 24 inches, please contact us to obtain a production time estimate as well as shipping costs. We mostly ship using USPS but may also ship FedEx and UPS per customer request.
