Update 04/01/25: A Fresh Batch of Scrap is In! Please note that to fit Scrap Metal inside gondolas, you'll need to cut at least some of the material into shorter fragments. It is possible with good scissors. Note that PLA is "spring loaded" when cut, so wear safety goggles and work inside a cardboard box. To make a fixed load or pile, blend Scrap Metal PLA fragments with a 50/50 matte medium & water mixture.

They're everywhere. The ubiquitous, abandoned grocery cart. Stolen. Off-premises. You've seen them. Now it's time to do your job. Either return it to the store, or make a model of it. It's up to you, now.
OK here's the plan:
It's about the size of the nail on your pinky finger. It takes a steady hand. Maybe you could use CA or canopy glue. I personally begin with a variable-temperature soldering iron. The soldering iron is instant, and can destroy it quickly. Use the lowest temperature setting!
Yes, it is indeed tiny and it is a challenge, and maybe not for everyone. But it's a neat detail you can point out and makes for GREAT photos! Includes a minimum of five carts per kit, giving you multiple chances. Metallic paint and red handles are additional detailing to be done by you. Complete instructions come with each package.
